Standard Cancellation Policy/Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations giving 3 weeks or more notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations giving less than 3 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of 1 (undiscounted)night of the accommodation.

Cancellations giving less than 72hrs notice will forfeit any cost of the accomodation that cannot be re let with best efforts from the manager.

Guests will be held liable if they inflict any damage whilst they are occupying the property.
